A new month approaching

Hmm, so I've got to think about what I want to get done this month.
I'd like to do a Final Fantasy fanart, A comic book fanart, Something nostalgic and 2 original pictures.


Lets see how well I do. I want to push myself so I set the bar high. :3

New picture is up. And I have no idea what to draw next. 

I finished the graveyard picture, and I kinda just want to show off some neat effects I couldn't do with the finished one but that I still thought looked awesome. I'm colouring my next picture now. 

Ah man, The middle one I still think looks so awesome. The last ones really cool too. It gives me lots of ideas for new pictures I can use those effects on. That's what i like about colouring, sometimes it gives you cool ideas for stuff to draw just to make use of something you learned in colouring. 

Wheee Power Girl is done, and this is almost done. 

I forgot to colour flat the boots and hair. 

Well Power Girl is almost done. Just doing up the finishing touches on the background over the next few days. Colouring backgrounds suck, really bad. Maybe I just draw them in a way that makes them more difficult. But that's why I draw them, to get better at them. Srsly, I never used to draw backgrounds at all but now all my pictures have them. I'd say that in itself is a hell of an improvement. I need to quit with the glow effects though, it's getting nuts.  


I guess this one is a necromancer imp? devil? I don't know, thing, messing with souls. Originally when drawing this, she had no wings and was totally intended to be human but I felt the picture lacked something since her outfit was much more simple then what I usually draw so I gave her wings to even things out. I was even going to colour her flesh coloured when I started colouring it. Shit just does what it wants sometimes. 


I am also totally not a weirdo blogger so writing these gets increasingly hard. But, I like just spewing thoughts on shit i'm working on freely with great odds no one is really reading anyway. Cept, Selini because she's awesome like that. 

Ugh colouring this power girl picture is killing me. Background stuff is really hard to colour. I took a bit of a break to colour my new lines. Wheee. I'm going to call it "chillin' in the graveyard". I need to do more lighthearted pictures, I'm getting a bit creepy... a fuck, as long as theres boobs, who cares!

Power girl is coming along, and So far I only got the face done on the graveyard chickie. I need to draw up some new lines tomorrow to keep everything flowing. I want to try and have a picture awaiting colours at all times. I have a million ideas in my head again! Ugh, bed time. 

Taking a break from inking to do a little bit of colouring on Power Girl again. Turning out great I think. 

New picture should be finished inking tomorrow so i'll be able to start on that. 

I got my fire back, finallllly! I've been not doing anything artistic in like, months and months. It's been a stressful few months but everything is going to be back on track now. New beginnings and all that jazz.

Ugh

I was going to use this for something else, but who am I kidding. The only thing I do is arty shit. I just finished my Twin elemental chicks and random comic page and posted them on my DA. So, what am I doing now?
